Finding Strength
in God's Love
Anxiety can weigh heavily on our spirits. While we don't have all the answers, we've found that God's love gives us strength and confidence to move beyond our fears. Together, we're processing our questions and fears while exploring faith's supportive strength.
That's Church.

Where do you find strength?

We asked children where they find strength to face challenges. Might we all be able to find strength and comfort in similar ways?

Each new phase of life offers both new opportunities and new challenges, new joys and new fears. The challnges are found in providing a safe life--even online--and in talking with young people about tragedies. We also have the opportunity to grow spiritually in community through shared prayers and practices.

We believe children have the ability to be world-changers. We believe it because we've seen them make a difference time and time again--take this list of young activists for instance. They also need care and nurturing--even into their teen years. One dad recounts his daughter's #MeToo experience, and provides insight preventing more of those experiences from taking place.

You don't need to have it all figured out. Life is a journey with lots of turns and intersections. Being part of community means sharing in the collected wisdom and past experiences of others. From reflections on what made up the absolute back-to-school necessities to Bible verses that help reveal personal identity, we share experiences that have led to collected wisdom.
