Use this formula to help identify a simple way to bring healthy balance into life.

Start from a place of rest and build your day out from there. The goal is to average 8 hours of rest, 8 hours of work and 8 hours of recreation each day. Over the course of a week, you'll have engaged in each area a total of 56 hours--that's the goal!
